VI. How do I unlock:
VI.A. OFFLINE (1* – 6*)
VI.A.1. Yian Garuga
- Kill 10 Yian KutKus and this quest will appear on the list.
VI.A.2. Ancient Dragons
- Kushala Daora’s quest randomly appears in the 4* list after you obtain 5000 or more Guild Points.
- Lunastra and Chameleos’ quests randomly appear when you unlock your 5* quests.
- Teostra’s quests randomly appear when you unlock your 6* quests.
VI.A.3. Kirin
- Kirin quests randomly appear in your 5* quest list after unlocking it.
VI.A.4. Final Invitation (2 Rajang in Arena quest)
- This quest requires that you clear ALL your lower offline elder quests (1* – 6*) for it to appear.
- Beating this quest grants you the option of changing your S/X/Z armor details to rainbow colors.
VI.A.5. Shen Gao Ren
- I see this asked a lot. Clear your 6* elder urgent quests and this quest will appear. See Section I.
VI.A.6. Lao Shan Lung (normal)
- Clear the quest above (Shen Gao Ren) and this quest will be available to you on your 6* quest list.
VI.B. OFFLINE (7* – 9*)
VI.B.1. Queen Vespoid (Help! I can’t find her!)
- Kill 30 Vespoids and she will appear in Area 6 on the map.
VI.B.2. Silver Rathalos and Gold Rathian
- Have a total of 100 or more wyverns killed. These include Yian Kutku, Yian Garuga, Hypnoc, Gypceros, Rathalos, Rathian, Basarios, Gravios, Diablos, Monoblos, Khezu, Plesioth, Cephadrome, Volcansioth.
- Not included are the apes like Congalala, the shelled ones like Hermitaur.
- Remobras are NOT counted.
VI.B.3. Ancient Dragons
- Kushala Daora and Lunastra’s quests will randomly appear after clearing all normal (NOT EPIC) quests on your 7* and 8* list.
- Chameleos and Teostra’s quests will randomly appear after clearing all normal (NOT EPIC) quests on your 7*, 8* and 9* list.
VI.B.4. Ash Lao Shan Lung
- Ash Lao Shan Lung will appear on your 8* quest list after you clear ALL EPIC quests on your 7* and 8* quest list.

- Clear all of Nekoht’s quests (7* – 9*) to unlock this quest.
- Clearing this quest, Nekoht will award you with a piercing that grants Autotracker (PsycVis + 15).

My first Akantor kill in MHFU (Soloed) I used Anvil Hammer with full Black Belt armor. Very very easy.

To unlock hr6 fatalis in MHFU, you only need to clear each training mission with ONE weapon and it DOES NOT MATTER WHICH! At ALL. What-so-ever. So stop saying otherwise.

I haven’t beaten Kirin with anything but SNS, but I haven’t beaten tigrex with anything but the hammer/hh line. Whichever one it is. And I unlocked HR6 Fatalis. So believe what you want, but if you want it done easier, then do it with whichever weapon is the lowest percent multiplier first.
Hey fatalis sucked me and i screwed it with schim but you dont have to do a single path otherwise how did i muller all three types of fatals without going it down a line of wepons

No, you’re thinking Black Wings of Fate. The Big Daddy is HR6 and up. Its how I got all of my white fatalis stuff.
Casm the quest “The Big Daddy” is hr6, you’re thinking of the one called “A Beam of White” or something like that.

In my MHFU, North American version the quests are;
A White Beam of Light HR 9
The Big Daddy HR 6
those are both the white fatalis download quests.
Dartic: This tells u what quests u need to unlock other, more important quests
so u look 4 what u want 2 unlock and beat the quests
there are 4 fatalis downloads
a white beam of light HR 9
scarlet sies HR 9
black wings of fate HR 9
the big daddy HR 6

@slayer_of_babies yes I looked over all the hunts and only white fatalis is HR 6, all the rest are HR 9.
all the fatalis G downloads are too hard seriously dont even try them if you dont have a full party with 4 ppl and the best of dragon weapons

Can anyone tell me if the Black Fatalis in Special quest LEGENDARY BLACK DRAGON high rank 8 star has its damage carry over cus i was fightin in and i broke a few of its horns, died 3 times……..then fought it again and they were still broke died another 3 times lol……..tryed again and they were still broke and after another 2 tries i finally fled it? Also how much HP does it have cus i used

That’s an alright melee set, but range is really the way to go on fatalis if you need easy kills. Take a bow or HBG and just destroy it, try to get the auto-reload skill, if you can’t then try to get something like pierce shot up or pellet shot up. He’s really not all that hard just long.
Fatalis is one of those monsters that is nearly impossible to kill in the first try. I’m not saying it isnt but that its really difficult. So, yes to answer your question, damage and broken body parts do carry over to the next fight. It generally takes 3-4 fight to kill one solo, depending on your equips. Personally i recommend either a ranged weapon or hammering it from behind it’s legs.
Jeez, why is everyone so afraid of Fatalis?
In all true honesty, I have a black Fatalis armor, a Crimson Fatalis armor, and a White Fatalis armor, all from G-rank fatalises. And I hunted them solo. It just takes me 3 to 4 times before I get to kill one. They’re easy. All monsters here follow a pattern and once you decode it, it’s just a walk in the park. IMHO, you don’t a party of 4 to kill a fatalis. You can kill ANY monster in MHFU solo.
So if I fight a fatalis and time runs out and it isn’t dead then does the damage I do carry over next time? Also, once it has fled,if time runs out before I kill it then does that damage carry over?
For any unlocked Fatalis, the damage carries over if you repel, die or time out. The download Fatalis on the other hand doesn’t repel and if you die the damage won’t carry. In my opinion it is much better to just unlock the Fatalises because they’re much much easier to kill.
1st U unlock normal fata (The Legenery black dragon)when u clear a line in the battle training (GS,LS or HM,HH or LC,GL)

same as “Vendrex_Ryu” iv’e already killed the black fatalis and still can’t unlock the Crimson one so that i can unlock the White HR6 so that i can finish all the hr6 quest @_@ can anyone help?

I have finished solo training and special training with all longsword/greatsword. I finished all elder low rank quest and almost all Nekoht high rank except the demon king one (diablos). I also killed akantor on Nekoht quest. In the guild I am only at Hr6. I thought the black fatalis is in Hr6? But I dun see it…. HELP

I can’t help you with saves, but what is your problem with the G-Rank training?
pretty much all of it. we all like having the items we need for fights. when it comes to normal fights we can do g-rank at almost record times and their easy to us BUT when it comes to training we suck… i dont really know how to put it or how to explain the problem…. i know you cant really give us much advice with such little information… but some reason we suck when it comes to training.
Training quests give you the bare essentials for finishing the quests instead of having you overstocked for every fight. The best advice I could give you is either go with the weapon you’re most comfortable with or go with the weapon that has the lowest multiplier. Take things real easy, you have plenty of time to kill the monster. I find the G-training ones seem to be easier than the normal G monsters, it could be that they have less hp or something. That’s pretty much all the advice I can give (yea, not much, I know) good luck.
Having trouble with final monster quest solo. Rathalos, tigrex, narga, rajang… Any ideas?
Recently I’ve been using Narga X with the Midnight Blades SnS gemmed for Evade +2, Evade dist. inc. and Constitution +2, it’s a good set for pretty much anything really. It will help with saving potions.
hay any good ideas for the monster hunter quest I get as far as the narga in it but ether die or run out of time. I’m working on all wepons to so any idea for any wepon will work.
