I have it on fairly good information that MHFU will be released Q2 of 2009. That means 2-3 months, people.
So far I haven’t heard anything from my Capcom contact, but this doesn’t mean that Q2 is impossible.

if not, can a mhf2 eu character be transfered to a mhfu us version?
I doubt that the US and EU version can see each other. I tried with mhf and mhf2 without any succes.. But you can convert your EU savegame to jap or Us version just google it! It worked for me! (mhf2 eu to us savegame)

The save file converter, deemerh.prx doesn’t work in converting the Jap save file to the Eur save file vice versa. It says it’s corrupted. Any other converters out there?

to convert your gamesave look up teamhgg on google. they made the english patch for mhp2g and they have a thread where you upload your save file so they can convert it
