So how long did it take for you guys to finish it?

This is my fifth run through this quest, I was curious if you could finish it with a bowgun in time.

Actually I used a light bowgun.

After gunning for quite a while I discovered that even though heavy bowguns do more damage than light bowguns they are rarely able to use that extra damage to its maximum potential. This is because it is difficult to maneuver the slow moving heavy bowgun into a position where you can hit the monster's weak spots thus cutting down its strength. To make up for their lower attack power light bowguns have rapid fire, however on many rapid fire guns there is a recoil issue at the end of a cycle which makes the rapid fire round risky to use since it will leave you open to attack if you didn't time your attack right.

In anycase, the gun I used was the white fatalis bowgun with a hybrid uka/grav set that gave reload speed + 3, def + 20, and element attack up.

w00T 400th view um yeah nice job on that quest man i've seen it done before on youtube, but can you guys help me with my custom firmware prob, all videos/ instructions i've recived require me to destroy my psp in the process and then put it back together, which i probably couldn't do, just some instructions would be nice come on help a brother out, no youtube video referals plox

It's the new last quest for the Village. There is a new quest giving dood in the village (a cat) which gives high-rank quests (like HR4-6). And the last final quest is Monster Hunter. And yes, it's effing difficult.
