Today I’ve received the monthly PSP newsletter from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE). Nothing that interesting normally, but this time they had a small anouncement for Capcom’s MHFU coming up on the PSP with this little detail:

And this, my friends, is what I call Espinas. I’m not sure if this means anything, since Sony may just have taken a random image from the MH series, but anyway. Let’s hope!

MoisesL found the source of the tiny image in the newsletter and it appears to be from MHFrontier. So the picture above is just c/p by dumb SCEE. Hmm…

One of the things which drive us to play games are the rewards. Gratifications, medals, stamps, percentage completed, anything which marks our progress as extraordinarily or stunning.

Many PSP games have this simple feature. GTA wants you to complete all story and side quests to proceed on its percentage scale; Ace Combat forces you to redo your missions and shot specific targets outside the mains to gain access to the medals and special parts; the Lego games let you replay your missions in freeplay mode for the goodies and so on. Unsheath Crit is now selectable as is a new weapon line named GS Charge if you like to break bones.

To achieve the same results as stated in the Unsheath Crit results you need to have 95% of your hits being unsheath attacks.
