With the help of rivka7 and the dedication of VioletKIRA, who both deserve more than my lonely praise (hint: use the comments to show your thanks) the Data Section gets a tad bit more complete.

Right now I’ve received the 100th entry for the supporters page. I gave my word to give out two original MHFU shirts for two of the peeps having sent an entry.

The 100sided dice was rolled and gave me 5 and 67. Which lead me to the following two names:

I want to complete another subsection of the items in our datasection. I have permission by violetKIRA and HGM to use their gathering tables for data entry. However, it’s still quite a lot of work pressing the raw data into a digestible format for the SQL database.

Normally Azrael and Draconacticus are the ones doing that for RotR. Az is currently unavailable and D is working hard on the MH3 data already, also on probability maths for the luck boosters. I have my hands full designing the upcoming MH3 pages and tools, so I’m asking for help from my users again.

Your task: Transfer the HTML-tables from KIRA and HGM into an excel-sheet using a template I give to you. You can do it by hand or if you have the knowledge, with macros or scripts. You can opt to do only parts of it as it IS a lot of work involved.

Well. This:

Buddy Finder

Based on Draconactius idea of creating a meeting board where you can put up your questing needs, looking for help on PS3 Adhoc US / JP and the upcoming EU.

You enter your details (when am I online, in which world can you find me and what are you going to do) and hope someone finds you then and there. This works one-way currently but we will extend the feedback systems on twitter and the like.

Also, this will work even better if like everybody on PS3 Adhoc is aware of this meeting board and looks at it occasionally or put up own quest request.

Please comment away if you have criticism, this is like an early Beta of the widget and it will surely stay for a long time, perhaps even for MH3, so the better it gets the easier any meetings will come across.

Well, that particular cultural mix-up of food might not be for everyone, but what I’m trying to say is: We can speak those three languages now in our very own Data Section.

That makes the language set of MHFU complete (English, German, French, Spanish and Italian) and I very much appreciate the help I got from some volunteers in completing that task.

So, mad props: Rezard, Adnan, Draconiano and Fernando!

Has reopened with even more usefulness:

• It sets a cookie to be saved during sessions. Add some parts, get lunch, sleep, do a world-tour like Rathalos. When you come back, it’ll still contain your last selection.
• You can print the contents to get your shopping list ready. There’s a small Print link at the end of the first line. Will be a button soon.
• And you can open your last selections by entering the shop via the huge unmissable button on the Armor Tab.
