The Shop Lists are available (either to you on your PSP, mind the rotating list of the granny) or in the internet (gamefaqs and minegarde). The Achievement Rewards are tougher: You get specific Armor Spheres items after reaching an elder* level or HR, you get Pokke Tickets at various occasions, the Elder Thank You's and so on. That needs lots of research and asking around on several game sites. For both you need either Excel or OpenOffice to write down the results.
